Your Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:

Treat staff, parents and swimmers with respect

Provide up-to-date contact and medical information

Ensure your child arrives on time and ready

Supervise your child in changing areas

Leave promptly after your session
Bookings & Payments
Deposits are required to secure your space and are non-refundable. Full payment is required in advance; booking confirms commitment to the full term. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations & Missed Lessons
Missed lessons are not refundable or transferable. Lessons are booked as a full course, not individual sessions. Make-up lessons may be offered as a goodwill gesture (subject to availability, max 2 per term, not guaranteed).
Lesson Changes or Cancellations
If we cancel a lesson, an alternative will be offered where possible, or a credit may be issued. If a class cannot run, an alternative will be offered, or a refund provided if no suitable option is available.
Health & Medical Information
You must inform us of any medical conditions. Children should not attend if unwell (48 hours for sickness/diarrhoea). Required medication must be brought with you.
Teachers
All lessons are delivered by qualified, DBS-checked instructors. A suitable replacement may be provided if needed; no refunds for substitute teachers. Teachers may provide hands-on support in line with safeguarding.
Changing Areas & Poolside
Children must be supervised at all times. No outdoor shoes. No food, glass, or hot drinks. Take belongings and rubbish with you.
Personal Belongings
All items are brought at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
Photography & Safeguarding
Photos may be taken with consent only. Parents are not permitted to take photos or videos during lessons.
General Guidelines
Late arrival may result in refused entry. Children should eat 1 hour before swimming. Remove jewellery before lessons. Parents should not assist unless invited. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or pets on site.
Liability
Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.

Safeguarding Lead
We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) responsible for managing safeguarding concerns, supporting staff, and liaising with external agencies.
Staff & Recruitment
All staff are DBS-checked and appropriately qualified. Professional boundaries are maintained at all times.
Supervision & Safety
Parents/carers must remain on site. Children are supervised at all times. Lessons take place in a controlled environment.
Responding to Concerns
Staff are trained to listen and take concerns seriously, never promise confidentiality, report concerns to the DSL, and follow appropriate procedures.
Photography & Use of Images
Images may be used with parental consent. Parents are not permitted to take photos or videos during lessons.
